Vincere alternative

A Vincere alternative you own outright.

Vincere is a capable platform billed per seat, with the AI sold separately on top. We build recruitment CRMs that agencies own, on the Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace they already pay for. One build price, no seat fees, AI included.

The problem

A seat bill that outlives every placement it paid for.

Vincere’s core CRM and ATS licence is listed at £69 per user per month by four independent review sites; Vincere’s own site does not show a price without a sales conversation. The AI features sit in separately billed “Smart Pack” add-ons on top of the licence. Per seat, per month, for as long as you stay.

The shift

Renting a system or owning one.

Renting

  • £69 per user per month for the core licence, per review-site listings
  • No public price on Vincere’s own site
  • AI sold separately, in add-on packs billed on top
  • Your data lives on their servers, in their export format

Owning

  • One build price (€12k–28k scope for most agencies), spread monthly if you like
  • Runs on the Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace you already pay for, or your own hosting
  • No per-seat fees, not to us and not to Microsoft or Google
  • Source code, schema and data in your own repository from day one
The numbers

Six seats, at the listed price.

Vincere Core£69 per user/month × 6 seats

Vincere’s own pricing page was not reachable when we checked on 20 August 2026; the £69 figure is the consistent listing across Capterra, GetApp, SoftwareAdvice and one independent review, checked 31 July 2026. Treat it as a listing, not a quote. Our figures: the pricing page.

The seventh recruiter here costs zero. There, another £828 a year at the listed price.

How it works

Three steps, no surprises.

01

Tell us your desk

Send a short note about your agency. We send back a tailored concept: your brand, your workflow, a real plan and price. No obligation.

02

We build in weeks

A useful first version in weeks, not months, at a number agreed before anything starts, delivered in steps you can see and approve rather than one big reveal.

03

You own it

Source code, schema, documentation and all your data in your own repository from day one. Care is optional from there, €150 a month.

Questions

Asked before every build.

Is this a feature-for-feature Vincere clone?
No. Vincere is a broad platform with strong analytics and a long feature list, and most small desks use a fraction of it. What we build is a single custom system with the parts your desk actually runs on, shaped to how you work, owned by you. If you genuinely use Vincere's breadth, staying on it is the right call and we will say so.
How do we get our data out of Vincere?
The honest answer for any rented ATS: through their export, in their format, and how painful that is depends on your data. On our side migration is part of the build, and it starts with a feasibility check on your real export before you commit to anything. Our largest migration so far brought about 25,000 records out of a dying setup with nothing lost.
What does a build cost instead?
Most agency builds land in a €12k–28k build scope, spread as a fixed monthly if you prefer. Our worked example takes €24k: paid over one to three years it totals €27,000 to €33,000, and the month after the term the monthly stops. Care is optional from there, €150 a month. No per-seat fee at any point, and AI is built in rather than sold as a separately billed add-on pack.
When is Vincere the right answer?
A multi-office agency that leans on mature cross-office reporting, or a team that wants a big-vendor SaaS fully ready on day one and accepts the seat bill as the price of that. The long version, including where Vincere wins, is in the comparison post.
