Find out what is actually in your archive, before you spend on software.

You have years of CVs in folders, an old ATS export, or a drive nobody opens. The question that matters is not what a new system costs. It is whether there is anything in there worth reaching. We answer that on a sample of your own files, for a fixed €1,200, and the fee comes off the price if you go further.

How it works

  • You send a sample. An agreed slice of the archive, usually 500 to 1,000 files. PDFs, Word documents, scans, a ZIP export from an old ATS. It does not need cleaning up first. That is the whole point.
  • We index it. Every file becomes a structured record: name, role, skills, location, right to work where the file states it, and the date of last contact.
  • You get the records and an honest read. How many parsed cleanly, how many look reachable today, how many match a vacancy you have open right now, and where the data is too thin to trust.
  • You keep it. The records are yours whether or not we ever work together again.

Most of that week is not machine time. Indexing a sample this size takes hours, and a whole archive of twenty thousand files takes us three to five days. The rest of the week is agreeing the three numbers below, the paperwork, and writing up what we actually found. That write-up is the part you are paying for.

What we agree before anything moves. Three numbers, written down first and measured after: how long it takes you today to answer "who do we already know for this role", what parse rate you would call acceptable on your own files, and whether a recruiter opens the records and runs at least one real search in the two weeks after.

If the answer is that your archive is thin, you get that in writing and we say it out loud. That is a real outcome, and it cost you €1,200 instead of a build.

What it costs

€1,200, fixed, one invoice. No term, no subscription, nothing per seat. If you go on to a full Archive Unlock (from €3,000) or a CRM build, the whole €1,200 comes off that price.

The difference between the two is scope, not quality: the pilot is an agreed sample so you can judge the result, Archive Unlock is the whole archive. Most people should do the sample first.

Your data

  • We sign a data processing agreement before a single file moves.
  • Where the processing happens is agreed with you first and written into that agreement.
  • Swiss-hosted processing is available if your data is regulated.
  • When the pilot ends we delete our copy on request and confirm it in writing.

What this is not

We do not promise placements. Nobody controls who answers the phone or who gets hired, and an offer that pretends otherwise is worth ignoring. What we can tell you is who is in your archive, how reachable they look, and how much of it is worth keeping. The rest is your desk.
