This is a ballpark, not a bill. The real number comes from a short call where we look at how your desk actually works. That call almost always tightens the range, sometimes down. The point of this page is that you walk in already knowing roughly where you'd land.
How the number is built
Same model as the pricing page. A foundation build (pipeline, intake, dashboard, documents) is the base. Regulated data or a large record count moves the base up, because hosting and the audit trail get heavier. Each desk and add-on you tick adds scope on top. The people-count nudges it a little, for testing and edge cases, never as a per-seat charge, because there are no seat fees here.
Over 100,000 records is full-custom territory (a Swiss-hosted core, semantic search, multi-country). A slider cannot price that honestly, so it asks you to talk to me instead. Same for anything genuinely unusual.
